Pretty Princess

Oh how I miss Lina's Swedish Princess Cake.
I had the pleasure of taking home leftovers after she made it one night, that splatted in my doorway right when I got home. I was CRUSHED.
The cake itself is a thing of beauty. You don't even want to tear in to the almost porcelain like marzipan that encases this light yet decadent cake.

Maybe one day I will be lucky enough to be around when Lina makes it again....

p.s. I just found out from Lina that Ikea has individual size ones for sale. Totally on it.
